1. BASIC TERMS

3.4. Processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the principles:
a) legality of purposes and methods of personal data processing;
b) conformity of the volume of processing of personal data with the goals determined in advance and declared at the time of collection personal data;
c) conformity of the volume and nature of processed personal data with the method of personal data processing and purposes of personal data processing;
d) inadmissibility of combining databases created for mutually incompatible purposes containing personal data.
3.5. The Site Administration processes the User's personal data with his consent for the purposes of providing services/sale of goods offered on the Site.

– the number of the main document certifying the identity of the User or his representative;

– the date of registration through the Feedback Form;
– the text of the request in an arbitrary form;
– signature of the User or his representative.
for a legal entity:
- a request in an arbitrary form on company letterhead;
– date of registration through the Feedback Form;
- the request must be signed by an authorized person with documents certifying the authority person.
9.3. The Site Administration undertakes to consider and respond to the User's request within 30 days from the moment of receipt of the request.
9.4. All correspondence received by the Administration from the User (application in writing/electronic form) belongs to restricted access information and cannot be disclosed without the written consent of the User subject to Personal data and other information about the User who submitted the request cannot be provided without special permission the User's consent to be used otherwise than to answer the subject of the received request or in cases, provided by law.
